In the summer of 2004, two months before President George W. Bush's re-election, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in New York City; some as delegates of the Republican National Convention at the Madison Square Garden; the majority, however, arrived as protesters.

The Big Apple became a loudspeaker. The world heard the escalating anger toward the Bush administration and its policies, and the unjust Iraq war, once and for all.
